1st PSKWC® - 5 Confirmed QSOs
RULES
1 - To win The Diploma, you must be in possession of five confirmed QSOs with different stations from the world.
2 - Shall be valid all QSOs from June 20th at 00:00 UTC until December 31th at 23:59 UTC.
3 - The worldwide operators can participate. The operators must use the same callsign for the five QSOs.
4 - Shall be valid all contacts on the frequencies 27.365 and 27.375 in PSK or QPSK mode
and 31, 63, 125 baud rates. All times must be in UTC and within those specified in point two.
5 - No more than one QSO with the same operator per day.
6 - The Diploma is issued in electronic PDF format.
7 - Any interpretation not established in these rules shall be final decision of the Club Administration.
